7. Termination
Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days' written notice. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services immediately if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, we will provide access to your data for a reasonable period.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
